Doha Review: Lagenda Restaurant @ Holiday Villa

I had lunch today at Lagenda Restaurant in Holiday Villa at Al Muntazah, Doha with a friend whom also works there. They had a decent selection of lunch buffet, and the iced tea (was too sweet for me) but it complimented very well with the food we had.

The buffet consisted of

Seafood soup
Minestrone (this was very watered down, and had the tom tum texture but had alot of vegetables and macaroni in it)
Jasmine rice
Herb rice
Mutton curry
Beef curry
Chicken curry
Potato wedges (this was very tasty and lightly salted)
Oyster mushroom and broccoli mix
Beef noodle station
Salad station with a handful of toppings (yogurt included!) and hummus
Decent dessert station with Malaysian dessert such as pandan cake and corn pudding

The staff were attentive and cleared our plates immediately after each meal. Although I think they were probably afraid of my friend whom happens to run her team with much firmness.
