Spring Rolls Reviews

I bought two type of rolls from the Chinese vegetarian restaurant at the Bukit Cina roundabout and they both fared well after deep frying. They cooked fast and the Vietnamese rolls had an exceptionally nice crispy texture

The salad roll had mostly corns, a handful of shredded carrot and mayo filling


I absatively loved the Vietnamese rolls, the yam filling was thick and sweet, and the skin was crispy to the bite

The purple yam filling came out while I was deep frying it so be careful when you fry these babies
