Mung and Tahini Burger Patties

So today I decided to hack my burger recipe and make burger patties out of three recipes; and also for the first time making it in Malacca. Luckily for me, the trip to Tesco the other day yielded in Russet potatoes which came out looking great after I mashed it. I'm too lazy to describe how I made it so here goes the pictures



I'm letting the diced thinly mung bean to dry on the cloth
Sliced salad and carrots
Fried onions with chili powder, curry powder, salt, pepper and such-to be mixed into the bowl into a paste


Bruschetta with burger patties and topped with BBQ flavored cheese
