Nyonya Laksa

A good dinner of laksa curry noodle, home-made with boiled long laksa noodles, squeezed-dry tofu, mock meat fish balls, Chinese greens and mock meat seafood tofu. For the sauce I used ready-made Nyonya Laksa Paste, added in two tablespoons of plum sauce and a spoonful of vegetarian sambal belacan
