Food Review: Blue Ice Cream

My mom had a lot of home made heavy cream sitting in the house fridge so I had my brother bring some over to make ice cream

I whisked the heavy cream with a bit of corn starch and food color until stiff peaks formed. Then I mixed in rainbow sprinkles and icing sugar and put it in the freezer. After 4 hours, you get this!
