# chilli powder # chinese vegan

Home Made Dishes

I mixed some sauces and made the tofu dish, but the others I took from recipes and altered it here and there abit. After the jump....

The base; I didn't check the fridge but here instead of Chinese Cabbage leaves, you can use Salad leaves (Romaine would do damn well)

Fried Goose, one batch got overcooked and I had to throw it away

Goose marinated in lemon-mango sauce, Priyu;s favorite dish

This was my own creation. I used 3 type of sauces to get the flavor right. I loved this dish. Tofu in red sauce
