Yishensu Vegetarian Restaurant @ BBT One Boulevard Klang

Monday, May 13, 2013 0 Comments
I had completely forgotten to blog about this restaurant. Conveniently located on the 1st floor of Soho Klang also known as BBT One Boulevard Klang, they serve excellent vegetarian dishes. Never mind the hefty pricetags, the food quality pretty much made up for the price

We ordered a Mongolian duck dish, mixed vegetables and mushrooms in claypot, stir-fried mixed vegetables, Thai tofu salad and kampong fried rice to go with it all. We had brought our own Chinese tea; I had purchased it from Hong Kong last year and they were kind enough to mix it for us. My naughty nephew was also at presence so he had toddler's plastic utensils. Overall we had a great experience eating here, although I got to comment; despite elegant decor they lack proper ventilation because the food smell stayed in the air and on our clothes.

Here's some pictures after the jump

The complimentary starter; the soup which was surprisingly good and not watered down

They're reachable for reservations (not required unless you have big party of people) and catering at:

Lasagna and Family

Made lasagna at home again. This time I included the Bechamel Sauce and all true-Italian herbs(basil thyme, pepermint, oregano) inside. Loved it. Loved it. Loved. This is one recipe i love to make. It was soo fattening and rich I could feel my fat spanding right after this heavy meal. Nothing better than to finish it off with wine

Lovely isnt it?

Can you see the melted cheese? I used Cheddar and mozarella

Still got stacks of Blue cheese, mozarella and matured cheddars for the pizza
